The house is located in the south-east
area of Sicily in a place called Contrada Isola, near Siracusa. It is
a wonderful piece of coast, not accessible to the massive tourism, with
reserved access to the sea, zone of recent declared natural reserve of
the peninsula of the Maddalena. Located not over 5 Km. from the city (Siracusa), and not over 300 mt. to the sea, the house is easily accessible to the city by the public bus service. Placed in a park of about 12.000 m² on a beautiful landscape with a wonderful view. All the rooms have a bathroom and with conditioned air and some also have a small kitchen, all of them have a nice view on the Ortigia port. |
